We took a dilapidated old surface parking lot directly of Beacon Street and transformed it into a contemporary luxury apartment building. The site was on a curved street corner which we designed into the building. We have a two level parking garage below the 20 units. The site was challenging to develop as it sat below the water table and we had to dewater the site in order to get the foundation installed. Today it stands as a new welcoming monument to the area.
