Purchased the old carpenters union building in 2010 which was a 13,000 sf building on a 30,000 sf lot. We spent 18 months with an aggressive outreach program to approve the project. After many long neighborhood meetings we got full support of the area and approval of the project consisting of 39 residential units and 3 retail spaces. The project has a below grade parking garage. This is the largest infill project ever built in Brighton Center.
